“Shane ran online mentoring training for the launch of our Statistical Society of Australia national mentoring program. We were so delighted with the workshop we asked him to run the training again the next year. Shane took the time to discuss our training needs with me, tailored training to suit our audience and incorporated a duty of care component in the mentor training sessions. Duty of care is something I have not seen offered in other mentoring training and was a component the mentors greatly appreciated. Shane creates a safe and friendly environment for participants to share their experiences, discuss concerns and ask questions. He ensures all voices are heard during training, effortlessly navigating conversations with groups of 20-30 participants. Shane keeps the training relaxed but informative. We will definitely seek training from Shane again in the future.”
