Professor Milé Terziovski is a distinguished academic leader and internationally recognised scholar in entrepreneurship, innovation, and quality management, with senior appointments across five Australian universities and industry roles as Principal Engineer and Project Leader with Rio Tinto. He has published 64 peer-reviewed articles, including landmark contributions in the Strategic Management Journal and the Journal of Operations Management, alongside 8 A* and 15 A-ranked ABDC publications and four books. His research achievements earned recognition in Stanford University’s Top 2% most cited business management scientists (2023) and attracted major competitive funding, including ARC Discovery, Industry Linkage, International Science Linkage, and EU Framework grants.

A sought-after keynote speaker, Professor Terziovski has presented at leading international conferences such as Georgetown University’s International Conference on Responsible Organisations in the Global Context and AIRMAP 2025 (University of Versailles/Paris-Saclay). He is also a highly respected educator, known for outstanding teaching evaluations and multiple Dean’s Awards for Teaching Excellence during his decade at the University of Melbourne. His leadership portfolio includes Chair of the Academic Board (CIHE Australia), Head and Dean of Graduate School, Department Chair, and Course Director, with significant contributions to AACSB, EQUIS, and EPAS accreditation. He is President of the Rotary Club of Carlton, former President of the Macedonian Community of Victoria, Adjunct Professor, and CEO of Interlink Management Consultants Pty Ltd. His qualifications span a PhD (Melbourne Business School), MBA, MEng(Hons), BEng(Hons), Dip. Mgmt, and GAICD.
